UPDATE (11/17/2011): Spoke with the Sales/Store Manager (K), and we discussed the issue over the phone. She was very understanding and explained their side of the issue and took the time to understand my side of the problem. Made a concerted effort to make the situation right and she did just that. I would use Home and Door again. Thank you. (10/11/2011) Used these guys to do our garage, front & side exterior doors. The doors look great but their customer service is seriously lacking. Because the salesman measured the side door incorrectly, they had to install a temporary door (read - previously used, dirty and ugly) while we waited for the correct door to come in. Three weeks later when they came out to install the actual door we ordered, they refused to give us any type of discount for our inconvenience(s). When we told them that we wouldn't be using them ever again or referring them to our friends/family, they told my wife that they didn't care. Made numerous attempts to reach ...

We had an entry door replaced by Home, Door, and Window products about a year ago and we're really happy with the experience. I tend to get intimidated by even the smallest and simplest of home improvement projects and the salesperson (I think his name was Gordy) clearly and honestly explained our options and made the process really easy. They were flexible in coming out to our house after work to take measurements and installing on the weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
